Refund Policy Process

1 Purpose of the Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which tuition and fees may be refunded to students enrolled in online programs at ICNM. Our goal is to maintain fairness while ensuring the integrity of our digital learning environment.

Application Form

2 General Refund Principles

Because ICNM delivers digital learning content that becomes accessible immediately after enrollment, refunds are limited and time-sensitive. All students are encouraged to review course descriptions, ask questions and confirm their readiness before making payments.

3 Application Fee

The application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

4 Installment Payments

For students paying in installments:

Refunds apply only to the portion paid

The same access and timeline rules above apply

Missed or delayed installments are not refundable

5 Course Transfers

Students may request to transfer their tuition to another ICNM course once within 30 days of payment, provided they have accessed less than 20% of the current course.

Transfers are handled at the discretion of the academic office.

Tuition Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%): Granted only if the student requests a refund within 3 days of payment and has not accessed any course materials (videos, PDFs, modules, downloads, or assessments).
Partial Refund (50%): Granted if the student requests a refund within 7 days of payment and has accessed less than 20% of the course materials.
No Refund: Applicable if more than 7 days have passed since payment.
No Refund: Applicable if the student has accessed 20% or more of the course materials, regardless of the timeframe.

How to Request a Refund: Submit a formal written request via email to finance@icnm.edu.ng
How to Request a Refund: Include your full name, program enrolled, proof of payment, date of payment, and the reason for the refund in your email.
How to Request a Refund:Allow 7–14 working days for the refund to be processed following approval.
Non-Refundable Items: Application fees.
Non-Refundable Items: Processing fees.
Non-Refundable Items: Administrative charges
Non-Refundable Items: Downloaded digital materials.
Non-Refundable Items: Certification fees (once the certificate has been issued).
